Festival glitter: silver looks with a glitter spray
Published
Festivals and concerts are what Glitzify was made for. A glitter spray puts silver on your hair, body or clothes in seconds, with no loose glitter to carry in your bag.
7 silver festival glitter looks
Silver roots
Layer the spray along the part in your hair and around your hairline, so the silver frames your face under the stage lights.
Braids and bunches
Plait or tie your hair first, then mist the braids or bunches so the silver sits on every twist.
Shoulders and collarbone
A light mist across your shoulders and collarbone, for a vest, a crop top or a strappy dress.
Bucket hat
Take the hat off, lay it flat, mist the brim and let it dry before you put it back on.
Denim jacket
Lay the jacket flat and mist the shoulders and back. Let it dry before you wear it.
All-silver rave look
A black or silver outfit, with silver layered through your hair and misted down your arms, for a dark tent or a night set.
Concert night
Silver through the ends of your hair and a mist on your shoulders, so the shine catches the lights as you move.
How to spray it, for every look
- Give the can a good shake. The rattle is the mixing bead, keeping the glitter evenly spread.
- Hold it 20-30 cm (8-12 in) from your hair, body or clothes.
- A light mist gives a subtle shine; layer it for more intense sparkle.
- Allow about a minute to dry, and you're ready to go. It stays all night.
Afterwards, rinse it out of your hair and off your skin with shampoo or hand wash.
Safety
- The spray is flammable: use it away from candles, sparklers and open flames.
- Keep it away from your eyes, and do not use it on broken skin.
- For ages 16 and over.
